Description
So candid, soft and juicy... we introduce the queen of cheeses, famous and appreciated all over the world: mozzarella! You'll be guided on a sensory excursion among the typical Apulian cheeses and beyond. From the meeting with animals, to the milking and the spinning, you will see the entire path of the milk and you can engage yourself in "putting hands in the dough" by creating mozzarella. The experience is enriched by the tasting of typical products at km 0: extra virgin olive oil, wine, cheeses and cold cuts. All your senses will be fully satisfied by this unique food and wine experience!
Costs
The participation fee for this type of experience starts from € 25 per person.
Where
The creation of the delicious dairy products takes place at the PlacenPeople organizers's place in the area between Alberobello and Locorotondo. It is recommended to add to the workshop, within the same day, a tour of the magical villages of the Itria Valley, unique in the world.
If the ad is only in italian, the activity is held in italian. An english translator is available on request.

Duration and Period
The workshops last approximately 2 hours. It's always available, but the period from March to October is recommended.
Available places
Lessons will take place starting from 3 until 25 participants. If there is availability, a single person can join an already created group. It is necessary to wait for confirmation from our organizer.

💳- You can pay a deposit of 20% or you can pay all in advance, with PayPal or card. Activities in PlacenPeople are sold directly by the Organizers.
👍- You and the Organizer will talk by phone and meet on the day of the activity. You will complete the payment directly to him/her.
Cancellation
By completing the payment, you agree to the Terms of Use. In case of cancellation, only the deposit is lost. Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before midnight on the date of the activity by writing to PlacenPeople and the Organizer (e.g. activities on July 5th, cancellation possible until July 3rd).
